Instructions for the Hands Free PhagiaFlex CTAR exercise device
Pull the flexible, padded table grip apart slightly so that it will easily slide over the edge of the table. Slide it all the way onto the table, and then stop pulling it apart so that it will grip the table firmly.
Sit in a slightly reclined position, in a reclined chair, or propped up in bed.
Place the table so that the chin pad of the Hands Free PhagiaFlex CTAR exercise device is at the mouth level. Press it down and place it under the chin, just behind the chin bone. Note: To fit under some chairs, you may need to place the device on the end of the table instead of the long side.
Proceed with exercises. The height of the table can be adjusted slightly to increase or decrease the resistance as needed.
